As per our policy, if the items you received are of good quality and there are no issues with our work, the return and shipping costs for the 23 umbrellas would need to be borne by you, which amounts to approximately $850. You may confirm the delivery fee with any delivery companies.
However, we have come up with two alternative solutions that might be more beneficial for you: 1. 23 umbrellas of width 120 cm can be delivered to you again. In this case, you would only need to pay the air express fee of $420. By choosing this option, we guarantee that you will receive the correct items before August 18th.
Additionally, our workshop will cover the original costs of the 23 giant umbrellas, and you can keep the previous 23 smaller umbrellas as free gifts for your future shows.
2. Alternatively, you may choose the regular shipment to deliver the 23 giant umbrellas again. In this scenario, you would not be required to pay any extra costs, as all shipping fees and original costs will be covered by our workshop to provide you with the most savings. The new parcel is estimated to reach you before the 15th of next month. Please let us know if this delivery schedule aligns with your requirements.
